At The Gravel Company, LLC, we do not accept returns after pickup or delivery.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be changed or canceled provided the order has not been picked up, loaded, dispatched, or delivered.

If an order has already been paid for and is canceled prior to pickup or delivery, the refund will be issued less a 3% cancellation fee.

The 3% cancellation fee applies to all refunded orders regardless of the payment method used.

Once an order has been picked up, loaded for delivery, dispatched, or delivered, it cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded.

Non-Returnable Products

Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted on:

  • Bagged materials
  • Bulk materials
  • Super sacks
  • Decorative stone
  • Gravel
  • Sand
  • Soil
  • Mulch
  • Custom or special-order products

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect product or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request photographs and additional information to investigate the issue. Approved claims may be resolved through replacement of the product, store credit, or another remedy at our discretion.
